The founder and owner of the company started in the computer industry back in the days of Windows for Workgroups 3.11© and DOS 5.0© in the early 90's. Having earned an Associates Degree from MTI in Houston, Texas in 1996, he began working in the I.T. field and watched it become what it is today. Starting out as a computer technician, he quickly worked his way up, next becoming a Jr. Systems Administrator and finally as a Sr. Systems Administrator. Having demonstrated his skills and competence as a Sr. Systems Administrator, he was hired by several large corporations to manage their networks and users. The owner's skills also include working a number of years as a software integration specialist, installing and testing software for a major banking institution. After seeing some many family members, friends and small businesses alike suffer due to the outragous cost of support for some of the simplest things, he decided to go into business for himself and use his skills to help provide low cost support.
